We want our playbooks to genuinely help your family. If you follow the plan and it doesn't make things easier, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.
How to request a refund
Contact us through our contact page within 30 days of your order, and include your order number and the email address you used at checkout. We'll refund you to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, this usually takes 5 to 10 business days.
Digital products
All of our products are digital downloads (PDF), so there's nothing to send back. Refunds are limited to one per customer per product.
Download problems
If your download link doesn't arrive or doesn't work, contact us and we'll send you a new one right away. Please check your spam or promotions folder first.
